Solar photovoltaic power systems
Solar PV power systems are an alternative source of clean and cheap electrical power. Unlike diesel generators, the solar PV systems operate quietly and act as a free source of energy once the investment cost is recouped. A solar power system consists of four components, solar panels, battery bank, charge controller, and an inverter. The panels generate the electric power while the inverter converts it to a form that can be consumed by electric appliances. At Greenready Energy, we design, install, and commission solar PV systems of all sizes, for both domestic and commercial applications.
Solar pumps are a type of pumps that are powered solely by solar power. The solar photovoltaic (PV) array generates an electric current, which is then modified by an inverter/controller before being fed into the pump. The pumps are fully automated for start/stop operation when the tank is empty/full. Also, the pump systems self-start in the morning when sunlight is available and switch-off at night when the sun goes down. Advantages of solar pumps over diesel pumps include little or no operational costs since no fuel costs are incurred (durability-the panels can last for over 30 years) and emission-free and quiet operation. At Greenready Energy, we design, install, and commission cost-effective solar water pumping systems that meet our customers’ requirements. We source our equipment from trusted manufacturers to ensure that our clients get their money’s worth.
